This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in the BPO sector, excellent communication skills, and robust typing capabilities. *Key Requirements & Eligibility Criteria*

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of continuous BPO experience is mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Must possess an advanced Versant Level 5 certification
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Demographic & Education Targets: Candidates must align with our operational workforce balance targets:
- Educational Ratio: Graduate / Undergraduate. Candidates must successfully clear a multi-stage evaluation process to qualify for the role: 1. HR Screening 2. Typing Test 3. Psychometric / Aptitude Test 4.



Versant Level 5 Test 5. Operations/Training Round 6. Client Round *Work Nature & Logistics*
- Operating Model: Completely Work from Office (WFO).
- Shift Timings: 24/7 rotational shifts with 1 rotational week-off.
- Transportation: No standard company transportation provided. Cab facilities will be provided exclusively during odd hours (night shift)
