- Manage daily workshop operations and service staff.
- Supervise technicians and ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and revenue targets.
- Ensure proper use of genuine spare parts.
- Maintain service records and workshop performance reports.
- Drive customer retention and repeat service business.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a service department.
- Valuable leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Technical knowledge of two-wheelers.
- Experience in a Honda dealership preferred.
