Job Description
1. Operation, monitoring, and first-level troubleshooting of Husky, ASB, and Milacron machines. 2. Identify faults related to servo drives, motors, encoders, heaters, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. 3. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly PM activities on machines and auxiliaries. 4. Ensure machines run within defined process limits. 5. Record breakdown details, downtime, and root cause analysis (RCA).
