Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Chembur, Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building projects, preferably from a contracting/EPC organization. The candidate will be responsible for execution, coordination, supervision and monitoring of mechanical services at project sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise mechanical works for high-rise building projects.
- Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and other project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are followed during execution.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports and execution records. Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.

Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Must have experience working on high-rise building projects.
- Candidates from a contracting/EPC background are preferred.
- Good understanding of mechanical services, installation, execution and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Solid coordination, communication and site execution skills. Preferred Industry High-rise Residential / Commercial Construction (Contracting Background).
