Full-time Role Overview We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to contact prospective and existing customers, explain our products or services, and support business growth through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and relevant information clearly.
- Identify customer needs and share qualified leads with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Record call details, customer feedback, and outcomes accurately in the CRM or tracking system.
- Meet daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, or sales targets.
- Maintain a polite,



professional manner and follow company calling guidelines. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Clear verbal communication and a professional phone manner.
- Valuable listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and handling customer objections.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
