- Lead the bulk team across Knits, Wovens and Denims; set priorities and review weekly.
- Convert the order book into fabric requirements and release POs on time.
- Drive mill delivery against cut dates; escalate and resolve delays early.
- Negotiate bulk price, MOQ and lead time across all suppliers across globe.
- Manage fabric quality issues and claims with QA and suppliers.
- Track fabric liability, excess and leftover stock; drive reuse and liquidation.
- Report fabric OTD, cost and risk to the DGM and production planning.
- Payment and Reconciliation with the suppliers.
