Job Description
/ Duties & Responsibilities Manage electricians and other site workers. *Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings and specifications. *Monitor cable laying, wiring, cable tray installation, lighting, and panel installation. *Coordinate with the site engineer and other MEP teams. *Check materials, workmanship, and safety practices. *Report daily work progress and material requirements. *Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Schedule and supervise routine checks, transformer maintenance, HT/LT panel inspections, and emergency breakdown repairs. *Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults in power distribution, switchboards, machinery,
or building electrical systems and direct immediate fixes. *Inventory & Vendor Management: Track spare parts, tools, and maintenance logs Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities. *Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in equipment and systems. *Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures. *Supervise electrical maintenance work and coordinate with technicians and vendors. *Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
