- Minimum 15+ years Experience in civil infrastructure / highway structural construction
- Proven experience in the execution and management of structural works on NHAI Highway Projects
- Solid hands-on experience in major bridges, flyovers, ROBs, RUBs, VUPs, PUPs, and other highway structures.
- Experience in EPC / HAM highway projects will be preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of MoRTH specifications, IRC standards, IS Codes, and NHAI requirements.
- Must have independently handled or led major structural construction activities.
