Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support and desktop engineering
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Log and close help desk tickets
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 7 years of experience in end user support or as a desktop engineer
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills Pay: ₹12,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
