• Identifying and prospecting for recent PV customers.
• Presenting PV financing options and building relationships with potential clients.
• Managing existing customer accounts and addressing their needs.
• Monitoring loan repayments and identifying potential delinquencies.
• Negotiating payment plans and implementing collection strategies.
• Contacting customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment discrepancies
• Tracking and analyzing collection performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines during the collection process Preferred candidate profile Excellent interpersonal skills
