Requirements:
- Graduates only.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel/travel processes is mandatory.
- Hardcore GDS experience is essential.
- Candidates with CRM experience who route ticketing tasks to a separate ticketing team are NOT eligible.
- Candidates must have personally performed the following tasks:
- Refunds
- Reissues
- Ticket exchanges
- MCO (Miscellaneous Charge Order)
- Ticket cancellations

- (phone hidden) Significant: Candidates must have hands-on GDS ticketing experience and should have personally processed refunds, reissues, exchanges, MCOs, and cancellations—not merely handled customer queries through CRM.
