Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for Warehouse management and Controlling
- Prepare Daily aging report and action plan for above aging stock
- Follow up for dispatch allocation with logistic & HO team for model level dispatch.
- Follow up with HO logistic for vehicle placement and transporter issue
- Transporter bill submitting after verification (A)
- BSR Manpower arrangement and shift arrangement
- Follow up for Road permit availability
- Prepare monthly dispatch MIS and update to concern
- Prepare monthly GAP analysis PSV vs SAP vs WMS and submit to concern
- Check and solve discrepancy raised by Branch on material inward
- Arrange Mathadi for loading as per requirement and update dispatch schedule to Mathadi supervisor on daily basis Preferred candidate profile Manufacturing background preferred
