Service & Repair Coordinator India ABOUT THIS ROLE InfiMed Solutions is searching for a full time Specialized Customer Service Representative to work to resolve patient durable medical equipment (DME) issues by providing service and repair support. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accept 40-50 inbound calls per day from patients for current equipment service/repair inquiries or to request status of in progress service/repair order.
- Communicate with patients via phone or other permitted channels to gather information required to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
- Create service/repair orders based on applicable patient equipment scenarios to resolve patient equipment issues.
- Understand equipment warranty guidelines, technical specifications, equipment part compatibility, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes by working closely with manufacturer representatives.
- Obtain quotes and other information required from manufacturers to complete repairs.
- Assist patients by coordinating and/or requesting documentation required in order to process repairs and receive reimbursement through insurance. QUALIFICATIONS




- Superior customer service skills and experience.
- Good PC skills, especially Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask. REQUIREMENTS
- High School Degree or GED.
- Experience in an auto parts service technician role (dealership or auto store) or similar preferred.
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment or technician role.
- Healthcare knowledge preferred. ______________________________ Pay: ₹45,000.00
