Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Trainer Offenso Hackers Academy | Full-time Job Summary Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) Trainer to deliver technical training and mentor students in developing practical AI and ML skills. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on project experience, and the ability to explain complex concepts through practical, industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Teach Python programming, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science fundamentals.
- Provide hands-on training in AI/ML tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Guide students in developing real-world AI/ML projects and practical applications.
- Train students in supervised learning, unsupervised learning, neural networks, and model evaluation.
- Introduce students to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and relevant AI tools.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises, and project guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical tasks, and project reviews.
- Clarify technical doubts and provide individual guidance to students.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry developments.




- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery and student progress. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Practical experience with libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, model building, training, testing, and evaluation.
- Understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI.
- Experience in developing AI/ML projects and practical applications.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant industry or training experience.
- Candidates with strong practical project experience are encouraged to apply.
