1st Floor, Office-102, Shubh Square, near Laldarwaja Main Road, Patel Vadi, Patel Nagar, Surat, Gujarat 395004 Employment Time: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments and receipts. Candidate

Requirements:

- 2to5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
