Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with approximately one year of professional experience to join our design team. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and designers on residential and commercial projects, contributing to architectural design, drawings, 3D visualisation, design development and project coordination. ##

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design and development of residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings,



working drawings, plans, sections and elevations.
- Develop 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp and relevant rendering software.
- Assist in material selection, design detailing and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors and site teams.
- Assist in preparing presentations, design concepts and client proposals.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in drawings and design documentation. ## Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.
Arch).
- Approximately 1 year of professional experience in an architecture or interior design firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape or similar rendering software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural planning, materials and construction detailing.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
