Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process Freshers: Not eligible Communication: C1-level English communication skills (verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally. Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Follow process guidelines and quality standards. Document customer interactions accurately in the system. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.



Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
