Location:
Delhi / Noida / Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new store locations and coordination with property owners.
- Oversee the operations of assigned retail outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
- Negotiate leasing or acquisition deals for new stores.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and suppliers.




- Develop and implement strategic growth plans.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI for newly established locations.

Requirements:

- 5 years plus Proven experience in business development, preferably in retail.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and pharmacy market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
