– Sales Consultant

Location:
Andheri West, Mumbai

Salary:
Up to ₹40,000 + Incentives Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Understand Hair Transplant Treatments, procedures and their advantages.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, walk-in enquiries and other sources.
- Contact potential patients and explain consultation services.
- Conduct face-to-face consultations with walk-in patients to understand their requirements.
- Explain treatment options, pricing and benefits to prospective patients.
- Understand patient concerns, handle queries and guide them towards suitable treatments.
- Follow up with interested patients and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment sales.
- Maintain regular communication with potential patients through calls and emails.
- Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth patient experience. Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Outbound Sales or Pre-Sales.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales pitching, negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Experience in face-to-face customer interaction will be an advantage.
- Confident personality with a positive and customer-focused approach.
