Electrical Maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- HT and LT electrical panels and distribution systems.
- Transformer operation and maintenance.
- Electrical earthing systems.
- Electrical safety procedures and preventive maintenance.
- Basic electrical fault identification and rectification. HVAC Maintenance
- Basic knowledge of air-conditioning systems.
- Chiller plant operation and maintenance.
- AHU (Air Handling Unit) operation and maintenance.
- Cassette AC and split AC systems.
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Additional Requirements
- Basic technical troubleshooting and fault identification skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and service technicians.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to maintain maintenance reports and service records. Required Qualification : Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with relevant maintenance experience. Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
