Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in Management subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic schedules.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, internships, and research activities.
- Conduct examinations, evaluate assignments, and maintain academic records.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programmes.
- Support departmental activities, admissions, and student mentoring.
- Contribute to research papers, publications, and academic initiatives. Educational Qualification
- MBA / Master's degree in Management with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent, as applicable.
- NET / SET / Ph.
D. as per applicable UGC and university norms. Experience
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
- Teaching experience in Management Studies will be preferred. Candidate Preference
- Preference will be given to Indore-based local candidates.
