* Role Overview : As a Career Counsellor / Senior Career Counsellor (Inside Sales), the role involves engaging with prospective students, providing detailed information about UG & PG programs, guiding them through the admission process, and converting leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities




Counselling prospective students on UG & PG programs Handling counselling through data calling and online chat platforms Advising students on degree programs and admission procedures – Handling student queries over calls and online channels – Converting leads into successful admissions – Maintaining daily call, lead, and walk-in records – Collecting and consolidating feedback from prospects – Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Eligibility &

Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – Proven sales experience preferred (Education sector advantageous) – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Sales-driven mindset with persuasion and negotiation ability – Customer-centric approach – Ability to work independently and in a team – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace – Proficiency in CRM tools and related technologybilities
