Location:
Pune The role is responsible for implementing and maintaining effective compliance, responsible sourcing and supplier risk management programs across the regions. The role contributes to supplier due diligence, third-party risk management, regulatory compliance, ESG-related supply chain requirements, sanctions screening, data privacy and procurement governance activities. The position acts as a key analytical resource, supporting the identification, assessment and mitigation of supplier-related risks while helping ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The role provides exposure to a broad range of compliance, procurement, sustainability and governance topics within a global industrial environment and offers significant interaction with suppliers, procurement teams, legal, compliance and ESG stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability, Compliance, Procurement, Risk Management or a related discipline. Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in Compliance, ESG, Procurement, Risk Management, Responsible Sourcing, Legal or related functions.
- Experience with supplier due diligence, third-party risk management or compliance monitoring is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanctions compliance, anti-corruption, responsible sourcing and ESG principles is an advantage.
- Experience in an international industrial, manufacturing, mining, energy or procurement setting is desirable.
