Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell paint products at retail stores and paint shops.
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right paint products and colors.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with dealers, shop owners, and customers.
- Display paint products and promotional materials properly.
- Support in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain daily sales and customer interaction reports.

Requirements:
- Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates.
- Experience in paint, building materials, or retail sales is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Ability to work at paint shops and retail outlets.
