Education:
Diploma / BE / B.
Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Other relevant MEP Engineering disciplines Key Skills
- Experience in MEP BIM Modeling and Coordination
- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and ELV systems
- Experience in Navisworks and Clash Detection
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD and model development
- Positive coordination skills with Architecture, Structural and MEP teams Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Revit.




- Develop MEP layouts, shop drawings and coordinated models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Architectural teams. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Industrial Projects and other MEP projects will be preferred.
