Hiring | Sampling Manager | Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar) Are you an experienced apparel professional with expertise in managing large sampling operations and driving product development excellence? We are hiring a Sampling Manager for a leading fashion and lifestyle organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sample development across multiple product categories Manage a team of 40-50+ tailors, pattern masters, embroiderers, and technical staff Ensure timely execution of samples aligned with design and business timelines Drive quality control, productivity, and process efficiency within the sampling unit Collaborate closely with design teams to create technically sound and production-friendly prototypes Implement systems and workflows to optimize turnaround time and resource utilization Ideal Candidate: 10+ years of experience in apparel sampling, product development, or sample room management Solid exposure to women's wear, ethnic wear,



designer wear, or export houses Sound knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, fit, finishing, and quality standards Proven experience managing large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or design environment Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
