- Minimum 4+ years of core recruitment experience
- Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Experience in volume and/or niche hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Target-driven and process-oriented approach
- Good ATS and reporting discipline
- Candidates who have interviewed with us in the last 6 months are not eligible to reapply
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Build strong candidate pipelines
- Drive closures while maintaining quality
- Maintain accurate ATS updates and reports
- Manage candidate and stakeholder relationships ✨
