About the Role
We are looking for a Project & Implementation Coordinator in India to track and drive delivery of our UAE technology projects. You will keep every awarded project on schedule, documented and invoiced, from PO receipt to handover, so our engineers and site teams can focus on installation and commissioning. You will report to the Business Unit Director – Technology (Abu Dhabi) and work with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, the Bids & Proposals team and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
*Project planning & tracking
*
- Set up each awarded project: kick-off checklist, project folder, master tracker and baseline schedule
- Maintain the live tracker covering milestones, deliverables, material status, risks and open actions
- Prepare weekly progress reports and dashboards for management and clients
- Track look-ahead schedules and flag delays early with recovery actions *Documentation & client submittals

- Prepare and track material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, HSE plans and transmittals
- Manage client portals and document control registers, including comments, revisions and approvals




- Compile handover packs: as-builts, O&M; manuals, test reports, warranties and training records *Procurement & logistics

- Raise and follow up purchase requests with vendors and distributors
- Track quotations, POs, lead times and delivery dates
- Coordinate shipping and customs documents with the logistics team
- Maintain delivery and installation status per BOQ line *Site & stakeholder coordination

- Coordinate between Project Managers, site engineers, subcontractors and OEM vendors
- Schedule and minute project meetings and follow up actions to closure
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT and client training sessions *Commercial & invoicing support

- Track progress against payment milestones and prepare invoice backup
- Track variations, change orders and extension-of-time requests
- Support Finance with project cost tracking and receivables follow-up *Process improvement

- Standardise templates for trackers, reports, MoMs and handover documents
- Maintain lessons learned and project close-out records Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or Mechanical Engineering, or Business/Project Management
- 3–6 years in project coordination or project control with a system integrator,



EPC contractor or MEP/ELV contractor
- Exposure to AV, ELV, CCTV, access control, ICT or telecom projects is strongly preferred
- GCC/UAE experience, especially Oil & Gas (ADNOC) or government projects, is an advantage
- Working knowledge of submittal workflows, document control and client approval processes
- PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage Skills & Tools
- Advanced MS Excel (trackers, pivot tables, dashboards)
- MS Project or Primavera P6
- MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint/OneDrive
- Ability to read BOQs, technical datasheets and basic drawings
- Excellent written and spoken English with transparent, structured reporting
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage several projects at once
- Self-driven and reliable in a remote, cross-border team Working Arrangement
- Phase 1 (Remote): Work from home in India. You will need a dedicated workspace, reliable broadband and power backup. Laptop provided by EIS.
- Phase 2 (Office): Move to an EIS/group office in India once established. Willingness to relocate or commute is required.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, aligned to UAE business hours (approx. 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST), with daily online stand-ups
- Travel: Short business trips to the UAE (and Qatar) may be required. A valid passport is needed.
- Probation: 6 months
