• Prepare and execute pasta dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentatio n.
• Have positive knowledge of pasta cooking techniques, Italian sauces, and ingredient pairin g.
• Manage mise en place, portion control, and daily section preparatio n.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage standard s.




• Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth servic e . Requiremen t s
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Italian cuisin e.
• Strong knowledge of pasta preparation and sauce-makin g.
• Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detai l . ?
