About the Job We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our staffing services, focusing on Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India. This is an individual contributor role for a proactive business development professional who can identify new opportunities, build their own sales pipeline, engage with key decision-makers, and close new business. Job Role
• Drive new client acquisition by identifying and engaging GCCs across India.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Engage with GCC Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers to understand their staffing requirements.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build strong client relationships and position staffing services to address talent acquisition and workforce requirements.




• Identify market opportunities and develop targeted approaches to acquire new GCC clients.
• Work closely with internal delivery teams to align client requirements with staffing capabilities and ensure successful engagement. Qualifications & Skills
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in staffing or recruitment services.
• Experience in selling staffing services to GCCs (Global Capability Centres) in India will be a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to generate new leads, build a sales pipeline independently, and acquire new clients.
• Robust understanding of enterprise sales, client engagement, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build lasting business relationships.
• A self-motivated, target-oriented professional with a strong business development mindset and a passion for winning new clients.
