About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Application Architect with strong expertise in Java, React.js, and Python to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. This is an engineering-focused role, with 80–90% hands-on technical contribution and 10–20% architecture, technical guidance, and mentoring. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural thinking with active coding, implementation, deployment, and production support experience. You will contribute to up-to-date solutions across Public Health, Healthcare Data Exchange, Analytics, AI-enabled applications, and enterprise platforms. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Define application architecture, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Build responsive, modern user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Architect microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven applications.
• Design integration patterns for large-scale data exchange platforms.
• Implement REST APIs and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka or similar technologies.
• Lead CI/CD, deployment, release management, and production-readiness activities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Data, and AI teams.
