• Evaluate protected, scalable, and commercially viable synthetic routes
• Lead and mentor research scientists
• Develop and scale up cost-effective manufacturing processes
• Provide technical leadership for process troubleshooting and technology transfer
• Fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and collaboration in the field of Process development of API and Intermediates.
