Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager – CSA to lead Civil, Structural & Architectural design activities for a prestigious Data Center project at Shadnagar, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for design management, technical reviews, multidisciplinary coordination, and providing engineering support to the site execution team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead CSA design activities covering RCC structures, steel structures, foundations, substructures, and superstructures.
- Review structural design calculations, engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and consultant submissions.
- Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and ELV teams to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.
- Manage architectural coordination, BIM coordination, clash detection, and resolution of design conflicts.
- Coordinate with design consultants, clients, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Review RFIs and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Monitor design deliverables, schedules, revisions, quality standards,



and compliance with applicable codes and project specifications.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost optimization, and improved constructability. Required Qualifications and Skills
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in Civil/Structural Engineering and CSA Design Management.
- Project experience in Data Center, MEP, or EPC is required.
- Strong knowledge of RCC design, steel structures, foundation design, and structural analysis.
- Experience in design review, consultant management, and site coordination.
- Experience in multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of STAAD.
Pro, ETABS, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills. Salary 25–40% hike on current CTC, depending on experience and interview performance.
