- Resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints through Emails and Outbound Calls.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns as per process guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Eligibility:

- Good communication skills required.
- Candidates with relevant customer service experience will be preferred. Shift Timings: Male Candidates:
