Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally. Resolve customer queries through calls, chat, or email. Provide accurate information and ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality. Follow company processes and achieve performance targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Eligibility Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.



Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required. Positive attitude with valuable problem-solving skills.
