Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, proactive, and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, talent management, and end-to-end HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business teams and support day-to-day HR requirements.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Handle employee grievances, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate with hiring teams to fulfil manpower requirements and support recruitment activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, attendance, and other HR documentation.




- Support learning and development initiatives and employee training programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or Generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle employee queries and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
