Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive with a robust background in Pharma recruitment .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across API R&D;, AR&D; , RA, IPM, QA , QC.

R&D; Center -API Division

- Full-cycle recruitment for Pharma positions, including sourcing expert , screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and technical skill expectations.

- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.

- Conduct technical assessments, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.





- Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

- Audit Readiness

Qualification : MBA (HR) / PGDM HR
