Location: Bangalore (Hybrid | Pan India Client Location)
Experience: 8+ Years

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional Consulting, covering the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Solid functional expertise in OTL, Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, or ORC.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, configurations, and data flows.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.




- Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, work allocation, project tracking, and status reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
