- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of sheet metal components.
- Handle vendor development for tool making, die manufacturing, laser cutting and blanking.
- Manage tooling and die development, trials and validation.
- Drive cost reduction, price negotiation and vendor performance improvement.
- Ensure timely material availability as per production requirements.
- Monitor supplier quality, delivery, inventory and procurement KPIs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and PPC teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of SCM/Procurement experience in Automobile OEM / Tier 1 (Sheet Metal) Manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of sheet metal components and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in Tool & Die Making, Laser Cutting, Blanking.
- Expertise in vendor development, strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP preferred.
