Job Description Interior Designer & Coordinator

Position: Interior Designer & Client Coordinator

Department: Design / Operations

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Location: Okhla Industrial Area, Current Delhi

Job Overview

We are looking for an Interior Designer & Coordinator who has a good understanding of interior design concepts along with excellent client interaction and coordination skills. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating design discussions, following up on project progress, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Coordination

* Interact with clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and expectations.

* Coordinate client meetings, design discussions, and project-related follow-ups.

* Act as a point of contact between clients and internal design teams.

* Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.

2. Interior Design Knowledge

* Understand interior design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, and furniture requirements.

* Assist in preparing and presenting design concepts and proposals to clients.

* Understand space planning, modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, and other interior solutions.





* Coordinate with designers to incorporate client feedback and design modifications.

3. Project & Team Coordination

* Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and execution teams.

* Track design progress, client approvals, and project timelines.

* Ensure all client requirements and design changes are communicated effectively.

* Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

* Good understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong client-handling and coordination abilities.

* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is preferred.

* Good organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Presentable, proactive, and client-oriented.

* Comfortable interacting with clients and understanding their requirements.

* Should have both creative understanding and coordination capabilities.

* Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
