Job Description

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Developer, AEM Full Stack, to join our dynamic team at LPL Financial LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable AEM solutions, contributing to our cutting-edge digital experiences.

Responsibilities**

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including components, templates, and services.
* Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architect appropriate AEM solutions.
* Develop and maintain front-end components using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular).
* Implement and integrate back-end services, APIs, and third-party systems with AEM.
* Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
* Troubleshoot and debug AEM-related issues,



providing timely and effective resolutions.
* Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and security.
* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
* Strong proficiency in AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets, Forms) including OOTB functionalities, Sling Models, OSGi services, and JCR queries.
* Extensive experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
* Solid understanding of Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and RESTful API development.
* Experience with AEM Dispatcher, Apache HTTP Server, and CDN configurations.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
* Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - AEM Developer certification is highly desirable.

* Must have experience on AI tools and should be able leverage AI in order to optimise the process and make forms experience better
