About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to building, developing, and deploying next-generation AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI architectures.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end LLM-powered applications, developing intelligent AI agents, building scalable RAG pipelines, and orchestrating multi-agent workflows to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI applications using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for efficient information retrieval and contextual responses.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM accuracy, performance, and response quality.
- Develop and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- Integrate LLMs with vector databases, external APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Develop scalable and production-ready Generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Optimize AI application performance, scalability, reliability, and response latency.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, and observability mechanisms to ensure the quality and reliability of LLM-powered applications.





Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM application development.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Practical experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.
- Experience working with vector databases for embedding storage, semantic search, and information retrieval.
- Experience with AI agent development and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Understanding of building, integrating, and deploying production-ready AI applications.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience developing REST APIs and AI services using FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of system design, application architecture, and scalable backend development.
- Experience with automated testing and application performance optimization.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse.
