We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should be interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and working in the US staffing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and experience.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.





Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings).
- Ability to learn technical skills and recruitment processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented workplace.
