- Manage overall store operations and daily activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor key KPIs: Conversion, ATV, UPT and Footfall Productivity.
- Lead, train and motivate the store team.
- Manage inventory, stock audits and replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Preferred candidate profile
* Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Store Manager
* Minimum Graduate
