Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management, with the ability to understand business hiring requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and position expectations.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with candidates and respective hiring teams.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and recruitment progress.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and offer rollouts in line with organizational policies.
- Monitor candidate progress and ensure consistent engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and maintain engagement with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management
- Good follow-up, coordination, and time management skills.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Must be fluent in Tamil language , with positive communication skills in English.

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
