- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements using ServiceNow platform.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom workflows, business rules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow implementation and provide technical support.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow business analyst principles and practices.
- Experience with Servicenow development tools such as scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and integration APIs.
