Role & responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
- Train and mentor advisors on health insurance products and sales techniques.
- Generate business through the agency channel by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct field activities, customer meetings, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor advisor productivity and provide continuous support.
- Build long-term relationships with advisors and customers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in sales, preferably insurance, banking, finance, telecom, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with team-handling ability.
- Willingness to do field sales
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
