We’re seeking a seasoned Senior IT Recruiter who thrives on connecting exceptional technical talent with the right opportunities. This role goes beyond filling positions — it’s about shaping the future of our technology teams and driving strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring strategies for critical IT roles
- Build and maintain solid pipelines of engineers, developers, architects, and cybersecurity experts
- Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking events)
- Provide market insights and talent analytics to influence workforce planning
- Champion candidate experience,
ensuring every interaction reflects our culture and values
Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or agency)
- Deep understanding of technical skill sets: cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, data engineering, cybersecurity
- Proven success in hiring for niche and senior-level technical roles
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
