TH Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead to take ownership of application architecture, hands-on development and technical team management for its ERP product development initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for leading frontend and backend development, designing scalable software architecture, ensuring coding standards, reviewing code quality and managing technical delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Angular, Ionic, Java Spring Boot and MySQL, along with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-level applications.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires a combination of software development expertise, architectural decision-making, problem-solving and team mentoring.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Architecture & Design

- Own technical architecture and design decisions across assigned product modules.
- Design scalable, secure and maintainable frontend and backend applications.
- Lead Angular and Ionic application architecture and development.
- Own backend architecture using Java Spring Boot.
- Design and optimise MySQL databases, queries and data models.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines and development best practices.
- Review technical designs and ensure architectural consistency.
- Identify technical risks and implement appropriate solutions.

2. Hands-on Development & Engineering

- Actively contribute to frontend and backend development.
- Develop high-quality production-ready code using Angular, Ionic and Java Spring Boot.
- Design, develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Implement complex application modules and business logic.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and production defects.
- Optimise application performance, scalability and responsiveness.
- Ensure code maintainability,



reusability and testability.

3. Team Leadership & Technical Mentoring

- Lead, guide and mentor software developers.
- Allocate development tasks and monitor technical progress.
- Support team members in debugging, coding and architectural challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback.
- Build a culture of engineering discipline, accountability and quality.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps and Product teams.

4. Agile Development & Project Delivery

- Participate in sprint planning, technical estimation and sprint reviews.
- Break down complex requirements into technical tasks.
- Ensure predictable and timely delivery of development commitments.
- Coordinate with QA teams for testing, defect resolution and release readiness.
- Support application integration, deployment and production releases.
- Maintain technical documentation and architecture specifications.

5. Performance, Security & Quality Management

- Drive application performance optimisation and scalability improvements.
- Ensure secure application development practices.
- Identify and reduce technical debt.
- Establish code quality standards and engineering best practices.
- Improve system stability, reliability and release quality.
- Ensure smooth integration between frontend, backend and database layers.

Required Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular framework.
- Practical experience in Ionic application development (mobile and web).
- Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.




- Strong MySQL database design, optimisation and query performance skills.
- Expertise in REST API design, development and integration.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
- Knowledge of software design principles, system design and debugging.
- Experience with Git, code reviews and version control.
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with Laravel framework.
- Exposure to Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms and application deployment.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerisation.
- Experience in ERP, enterprise applications or business management software.
- Educational Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- 6-10 years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead / Tech Lead role.
- Proven experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery.
- Strong hands-on development experience in Angular, Ionic, Java Spring Boot and MySQL.
- Experience in enterprise application or ERP product development will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can independently drive architecture, development and delivery while mentoring and guiding the engineering team.

The candidate should be comfortable writing production code, solving complex technical problems, making architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Candidates with robust Angular + Ionic + Java Spring Boot + MySQL experience and proven technical leadership capabilities will be preferred.
