Role & responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end project execution and delivery in line with approved project objectives.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project cost, programme, quality, productivity, and overall performance.
- Ensure effective coordination between design consultants, contractors, PMC teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Review construction methodologies, work programmes, and execution strategies to ensure timely progress.
- Establish strong controls for quality, safety, productivity, and construction standards.
- Identify project risks, anticipate potential delays, and implement appropriate mitigation and recovery measures.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular management-level progress and performance reports.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across all project interfaces.
- Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Drive timely completion, commissioning, snag closure,



and handover of the project.

Preferred candidate profile

• 20+ years of relevant experience in construction and project management.

• Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized institution.

• Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale high-rise residential projects.

• Experience with 35 to 40+ level high-rise buildings will be an added advantage.

• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, execution, cost control, and quality management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contracts, and project delivery processes.

• Solid communication and coordination skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, consultants, contractors, and clients.
